I've always really wanted to like this. But I just can't, not now, not ever. Post Rumours and Tusk it should actually rule. It is hailing right now but hot? Total earth crisis. The past month has been weird and wild. I pulled like 96 hours straight at AS220 setting up stuff for 9 piece ghetto youth guitar ensembles, films where I am not on the inside of the joke, and gentle folk heroes. Everyone I have run into has actually been amazing give or take. Then figuring out Newborn Medicine in Boston via Providence by day and somehow building this new record here.

Pulled in people old and new. These particular photos above are from when the Shaman came by to see what we were up to and while he shot he even laid down a sax track (that is his crotch pictured). Dan Burns has been all over this new shit. The bearded secret weapon from the Honeyhander days. Maybe the only one who didn't want me dead. We recorded a ton last weekend and watched Lost Highway on this Lynch revival I've been on. "AT YOUR HOUSE" is the most crushing line ever dropped ever. John Denver has been by alot to lay shit to tape. Valiant brother of sound. Everyone says the new stuff sounds like Pet Sounds 4008 or drugs or both. I'll take it.

As far as the first record we joined up with alot of amazing people to launch it into this cruel world. Cozy will drop it February 10th, coincidentally the day I was born in 1983. Tim, did you even know that? Almost pushed the date back another week because of it but you know whatever right?
